About - History

Turning Point Ministries International (TPMI) was founded by Rev. Chris Gaba after his encounter with the Lord in 2004. Before his encounter, he was a street evangelist preaching and sharing the word in busses, market places and in secondary schools in Accra. Rev. Chris Gaba is a mighty Apostle of God with a divine call and mandate to herald the saints of God before His throne through worship, equipping them with spiritual truth and knowledge that will enhance their spiritual love for God. On the Friday evening of 7th September 2007, Turning Point Ministries had it’s first meeting with a few students of Accra City Campus (University of Ghana), at YWCA and after three months the Lord moved us to our current meeting place within the National Vocational Training Institute(NVTI) Kokomlemle where we still fellowship till date. This Holy Spirit filled ministry has been in existence for only three years sustaining lives and bringing redemption to many.

It was nurtured at the Accra City Campus where Rev. Chris started the University Christian Fellowship(UCF) until the Lord instructed the man of God to start the church in 2007.
