Pastor Cephas is the Resident Pastor of Turning point Ministries International and his duties to the church is to be a servant- minister of the church by following the example of Christ in faith, love, wisdom, courage, and integrity. He also seeks to faithfully discharge his time and energies as pastor, teacher, preacher, and administrator through proper work habits and reasonable schedules.

Further more he seeks to do administrative and pastoral duties, and also tries to be impartial and fair to all members. He also conducts Pastoral counseling & Evangelistic responsibilities.
