The group is responsible for the following:

(1) Responsible for the flow of information from the Church Administration to guests
(2) Responsible for the welfare of guests
(3) Responsible for the clearance of visitors at the airport vis-à-vis departure and arrival formalities
(4) Serve as tourist guides for guests
(5) Provide first aid to members
(6) In charge of announcements at the Information Desk
(7) Takes care of visitors during major church activities such as Conventions etc.

Meeting Days: The group meets once every Wednesdays from 8:00 pm.
